This is a summary of notes I took while listening to an awesome podcast named as "Styrofoam" created by IDC (IIT Bombay) students to assist other design students. Even if you read these notes, I recommend that you listen to the original podcast series on Soundcloud because it is a lot of fun. INTERVIEW Be genuine. It's impossible to oversize enough. This includes everything from not overstating skills and knowledge that the interviewer may inquire about to accurately describing the contribution that you make to the studio. Don't overestimate your abilities just to get by. It's perfectly acceptable to state that you don't know. They don't ask for your specific contribution to a group effort, but they do prefer that you can identify your role, responsibility, and contribution. Never claim credit for someone else's work.
